Eight attributes, each rated to a tenth of a point and benchmarked against the level you told me you play at. No category is skipped because your footage didn't show it — if I can't assess something properly, I say so rather than guessing a number.
Seven categories are the same for everyone. The eighth changes depending on where you play, because grading a winger on hold-up play tells you nothing useful about their game.
Strikers get hold-up play. Wingers get 1v1 dribbling. Attacking midfielders get progressive passing. Re-order later and you're measured on the same eight, so your comparison still works.
Rated out of five rather than out of ten, and deliberately so. In one match I might see three weak-foot actions — enough to tell you roughly where you are, not enough to justify a decimal. A five-point scale is honest about how much footage that judgement rests on.
All tiers include the full report card and written notes. The difference is how much footage I work from — and more footage means a more reliable read.
An unlisted YouTube link, a Veo or Hudl share link, or a Google Drive link all work fine. Wide tactical angles are far more useful than a highlight reel — I need to see what you do when the ball is somewhere else.
Please don't email video files. A link is faster for you and means I'm not holding a copy of your footage any longer than the assessment needs.
If what you send isn't usable, you get a refund. I won't invent a report from footage I can't properly see — I'll tell you, and either take a replacement or give your money back.
