Striker development from someone who plays the position professionally. Honest assessments of where your game stands, straight answers about the road to European football, and coaching that turns the gaps into goals.
Most people begin with a development report — it's the fastest way to find out exactly where your game stands, and it's what the other two build on. If you already know the move to Europe is the goal, or you want ongoing coaching, those are below too.
Send me your match footage and I'll assess you the way clubs assessed me — eight attributes, honest ratings, benchmarked against the level you actually play at.
You get a report card, written notes on every category, and your three priority fixes in order.
I made the move from Canada to professional football in Europe. If that's the goal, I'll show you the actual road — registration rules, trial culture, real costs, and where your level honestly fits.
A call, or a call plus a written 12-month plan.
The development report tells you what's holding you back. This fixes it. Remote coaching planned in training blocks around the season you're already playing — full session plans, every drill with a demo video, and a plan that gets rebuilt as you progress.
I'd rather you worked this out now than after you'd paid me. If you're in the right-hand column, say so and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
Not a paragraph of encouragement. A structured assessment you can act on this week, and come back to whenever you want to measure how far you've come.
If your question isn't here, email me. I answer everything myself.
No, and I want to be direct about that. I'm not a licensed agent or intermediary. I don't represent players, I don't contact clubs on anyone's behalf, and I don't arrange trials or promise placements.
If someone is charging you a fee and promising those things, that's a reason to walk away. What I sell is an honest assessment and the knowledge of how the system actually works — which is the part most families are missing, and the part that stops people wasting a year and several thousand euros on the wrong plan.
Because you can check it. My full career is on Transfermarkt — Regionalliga Bayern with TSV Aubstadt, the NIFL Championship with Armagh City, a contract with Halifax Wanderers in the Canadian Premier League, and now Cymru Premier — Wales' top flight — with Trefelin BGC.
I'm still playing. I'm assessing you against standards I'm currently held to myself, not ones I remember from a decade ago.
Then it says that — and that's the product working, not failing.
A player can't fix what nobody will tell them. Inflated ratings feel better for a week and cost a year. Every report is framed around what to attack next rather than delivering a verdict, because the point is to move a player forward, not to rank them.
I won't tell you what you want to hear. That's the whole reason to ask me rather than someone who benefits from flattering you.
I assess attacking players — strikers, wingers and attacking midfielders. That's the area of the pitch I play, and it's where I can give you insight worth paying for rather than generic coaching observations.
If you want a report on a different position seen through my eyes, ask me. I'm open to making exceptions, I'd just rather be upfront that it's outside my strongest ground.
A link, not a file. Unlisted YouTube, Veo, Hudl or Google Drive all work — just make sure it opens without a login.
Wide tactical angles, not a highlight reel. Highlights show me your best three moments, which I can't assess anything from. I need to see what you do when the ball is somewhere else, because that's most of a striker's game.
Five working days, starting from when I have footage I can actually work with. If what you send isn't usable, I'll tell you straight away and ask for a replacement rather than quietly doing a worse job.
You get a refund.
I'm not going to invent a report from footage I can't properly see. That compromises the one thing the whole service depends on. If the video won't support an honest assessment, I'll say so and either take a replacement or give your money back.
There's no minimum, but for anyone under 18 the parent or legal guardian is my client. They place the order, they consent to the footage being reviewed, and the report goes to them.
Communication about a young player goes through that adult. I don't run private channels with someone else's child.
That's the intended way to use it. Order again whenever it makes sense — after a block of work, a pre-season, or a run of games — and you get the same eight categories assessed by the same person, so the comparison is direct.
Movement you can point at, category by category, rather than a vague feeling that things are going better.
Tell me what you're after — a development report, a pathway call, a spot on the coaching waitlist, or just whether any of it makes sense for your situation. I answer everything myself, usually within 24 hours.
